I was tasked with a project to create an editorial piece of work based on the work of artists. I have always found the term “artist” to be incredibly broad so I utilized the vagueness and applied it to my personal fascination with war photography. War photographers are a niche group of artists that choose to capture the raw moments of complications and horrors that happen during battle. I wanted to use this opportunity to highlight these photographers in this “Aim to Press” collection through their raw imagery.
